The crash happened in Jackson Township, York County around 7:52 a.m. on Oct. 2, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
The closure is between Big Mount, Labott, and Biesecker roads.
The highway remains closed in both directions as of 9:30 a.m.
